Expert strategies and actionable tips from toppers to maximize your score
Focus on Core IT Weightage: Around 70% of the written exam questions come directly from technical Computer Science topics (Networking, Operating Systems, DBMS, MS Office, and Internet Protocols).
Master MS Office Practical Applications: Questions on MS Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Absolute vs Relative Referencing), MS Word shortcuts, and PowerPoint animations appear frequently.
Thorough Revision of Networking & Cyber Security: Focus on OSI model layers, IP address classes, subnetting basics, protocols (DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP), and types of cyber attacks.
Cover High-Yield Rajasthan GK: Revise Rajasthan geography (rivers, physical divisions, minerals), historic architecture (forts, palaces), and flagship government schemes for digital governance.
Begin Typing Practice Early: Do not wait for written exam results to start typing. Practice bilingual typing daily (15–20 minutes each for Hindi in Kruti Dev/Mangal font and English) to build consistency over 20 WPM.
Simulate Real Exam Timer: Solve 150-question mock tests under 3-hour exam conditions with mandatory 5th option OMR rules to master time allocation and eliminate unforced errors.
